I’m Troy, the writer of Troy’s Thoughts on Sports.

I decided to create Clogged Arteries as an outlet blog to write about my thoughts on all of the ridiculously healthy food that I eat. I’m an inconsistently binge eater. I can go on various spouts without eating much of anything during the day, then I can run amok through my kitchen by eating the most unhealthy junk you can imagine.

I’m not overweight, but I eat too much food that would subsequently make one person overweight, though. The reason why I’m writing is because the food makes me feel like I’m in hell (fast food, primarily). I need to change my eating habits, so I’m hoping this blog will be something I can write — and then later look at — to keep myself — and those who are interested — updated.

Diabetes runs in both sides of my family. I’ll probably have it one day, but that doesn’t mean I can’t try to prevent it by eating better. Again, hopefully this blog will open up my eyes and make these warning ubiquitous, because the prevalent feelings from all over my body — from fast food and other junk — aren’t cutting it.
